Can't say enough about the wonderful service of Wedeco. First, I called and got through almost immediately with a live customer service rep. The two UV lamp bulbs ordered arrived within days. When one of the bulbs had a wire out, they replaced it no questions asked and, again, it arrived within days. Honestly, it's rare to get such top-notch service these days. Definitely now a Wedeco fan.

I ordered a lamp and the quartz insert. Lamp is working great. The insert was correct but I couldn't use the supplied O ring. It leaked. Luckily my old one worked ok. The new O ring is thinner.
