Our warranty is valid for one year from the product’s installation date when the product is properly installed, used under normal operating conditions, and installed in an appropriate compatible system.
- Defects in product materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Premature product failure following proper installation.
- Failure while used in the appropriate system and recommended operating environment.
- Replacement of the qualifying UV bulb or quartz sleeve itself.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
- Improper installation or use outside the recommended operating conditions.
- Normal wear, including the expected reduction in UV output over a bulb’s service life.
- Use in third-party systems that are not compatible with the purchased product.
Important Warranty Terms
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
The warranty covers replacement of the qualifying product itself. Installation costs, removal costs, labor charges, and incidental or consequential damages are not covered.

Very satisfied. I change the bulb every year and never had a bulb fail. Price is reasonable.

It may last forever but it says to replace every year. I have bought from this company for years and never had a problem. I'm frugal so now I see a bulb for $17 and I'm tempted, but I know I can trust these. I'm afraid if the bulb burned out I would not notice it.
