Q: How soon will you ship my order after I place it?
A: We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours, which most getting packaged up and ready for Parcel Pickup within 10 Hours.
Q: Do you accept returns, if I order the wrong lamp or other replacement parts?
A: Yes, we accept returns, if you ordered the wrong item, we will refund everything except fo the shipping cost. The customer would be responsible for paying for the return shipping charges to send the item(s) back to our Warehouse.
