The Sterilight SSM-17 2.9 gpm Silver Plus UV system was designed to provide, point-of-use disinfection with a flow rate of 2.9 gpm This uv system incorpates Sterilight's new Silver Plus controllers and is a great uv system for POU applications such as reverse osmosis systems etc...
Benefits:
* Has a powered solenoid output which allows you to hook up a normally closed solenoid valve (whch is sold seperately) directly into the controller
* The 254nm UV intenstiy monitor allows the SSM-17 system to continuolusly monitor the systemand warn you of changes in water quality.
*Sterilume EX coated low pressure germicidal uv lamps are used to provide and economical way of treating bacteria and viruses.
The SSM-17 (2.9 gpm) replaced the SSM-14 UV Systems which was the 2.0 gpm which has been discontinued. The reaction chamber on the SSM-17 is approx 2"" longer than the oringinal SSM-14
