Our warranty is valid for one year from the product’s installation date when the product is properly installed, used under normal operating conditions, and installed in an appropriate compatible system.
- Defects in product materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Premature product failure following proper installation.
- Failure while used in the appropriate system and recommended operating environment.
- Replacement of the qualifying UV bulb or quartz sleeve itself.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
- Improper installation or use outside the recommended operating conditions.
- Normal wear, including the expected reduction in UV output over a bulb’s service life.
- Use in third-party systems that are not compatible with the purchased product.
