took long time
the product is fine but the communication should have been better.The updated Jan. 7 email said it was shipped
I received the lamp but no ballast,and no note as to why it wasn't there, and of course it was on a Friday. I emailed and left 2 phone messages.I finally rgot an email Tuesday telling me that they had to order it from the factory in Canada. But no time frame given other than "it is on its way". It finally arrived Jan 23. -
